Day #5: Damn Emo…

I finally got my hair cut! We were pretty much in agreement that the emo kid who cut my hair last time, pretty much butchered it. At first it wasn’t supposed to be this short, but that’s the only way they could even everything out… Yeah, no more discount haircuts for me. From now on, I’ll pay the $30 odd dollars to have someone do it right.
I saw Iron Man again last night. It was even better the second time around. The best part was after the movie. If you wait through the credits, there’s a 45 second scene that sets the stage for the other Marvel movies, and the sequel. If you ever read The Ultimates you’ll understand what’s going on. If you haven’t seen that scene yet, or the movie for that matter, all I have to say is: Samuel L. Jackson. That’s really, all you need to know…No spoilers there. 
Apparently Robert Downey JR makes a similar cameo as Tony Stark after the credits at the end of the Hulk movie….so I’m thinking they all might be linked together somehow….something about The Avengers Initiative….

Looks a little too young on you. Just gotta wait for it to grow out, I suppose.
I don’t know if I’ll be seeing the new Hulk movie. I really liked the other one and I’m guessing they want to do something much different this time so it’d probably be a let down.

I’ve actually got higher hopes for this new Hulk movie. Edward Norton is a huge Hulk fan, and because of this, he apparently had a hand in writing the movie. The trailer I saw before Iron Man most definitely peaked my interest in the movie.

i saw Iron Man last night with my gf and though she’s not a movie freak or comicbook fanatic like moi, she did like it. she was actually impressed. strange, maybe i might get her into reading my entire Iron Man title, eh?
i still think Samuel Jackson is GEIGH as Nick Fury, but at least he has the character down. i’ve yet to read The Ultimates. so … Robert Downey Jr. Hugh Jackman and others will be in the Avengers movie?

I don’t think Wolverine will be in it, but I’m certain that Robert Downey Jr, Edward Norton, and whoever plays Thor, Captain America, Antman & The Wasp will be in it….along with Samuel L Jackson. Let’s face it, he did a better job than The Hoff did back in the late 1990s, in that made for TV movie on Fox…
