Day #4: Thursday…
Posted by Mark Liebrecht on May 8, 2008

Today has been one of those days.
I was going to get my haircut, but I think I’ll put that off until tomorrow. For me, getting my hair cut is just one of those things, if I don’t get that sort of thing done first thing in the morning, it’s just not going to happen. I don’t know why, it’s just one of my little quirks.
I almost got called into work today. Apparently they were afraid that the guy who has my job, isn’t going to do his full two weeks, so they asked if I come in on my vacation and help out a bit. I told them that I’d come in today, tomorrow, Saturday and early Sunday, but there was no way they’d be able to get me to come in next week.
They said that they were cool with that, and if it didn’t look like he was going to show, they’d bring me in for those hours. Luckily, he did show today, so I didn’t have to go anywhere.
I went by my parents house, and picked up my old camcorder. I’ve decided that I want to transfer my tapes over to DVD….there are some really old tapes in here….and they take up a lot of space. I might have to pick up an external hard-drive so I don’t crash the one I’ve got, while trying to export the movies to DVD….I uploaded the video from a party I went to a few years ago. I found it to be both horribly embarrassing, yet funny as hell. If you can’t laugh at yourself….
Oh, and no, I’m not going to post it online…ever
I’m going to see Iron Man again tonight. I saw the sneak preview on my birthday, and I loved it…of course, I was kinda sleep deprived, so hopefully I’ll enjoy it even more now that I’m fully rested. I’ve got a feeling I’ll be seeing this movie a few more times before it hits DVD….
In Other News
-Looks like someone liked my post on Triple H as Thor from Comic Book Culture, because they reposted it on their site. They linked to me, so I’m cool with that. I don’t mind people reposting my stuff. In fact, I find it flattering, but far too often I come across my stuff being reposted on other websites without giving me any credit what so ever. Seriously, they change the name and try to pass it off as their own, but when you click on the link, it brings you back to the original post…the post with my name on it. I try not to let it bother me, but how unoriginal do you have to be to plagiarize my work?
-The HellBlog is now on iTunes. I finally got the email this morning telling us that we are now approved. A few of the Hellbloggers were asking if they could post podcasts too, so I’m going to have to post a tutorial later on to show them how it’s done….that is, if they don’t already know… ![]()

Plagiarism is the sincerest form of praise… or something along the lines of that…
